Youth Yoga Ages 4-10 Saturday from 11:30-12:30 pm. (includes 1/2 hour yoga and 1/2 hour mindful activity and cursive writing. Healthy snack provided.)
Midline exercises to create permanent connections between the 4 learning gates:
Cursive writing helps the speed of writing and is also shown to improve brain development in our thinking, language, and working memory. Cursive handwriting stimulates brain synapses and synchronicity between the left and right hemispheres, something absent from printing and typing, and improves our fine motor skills.
Each session will include a 15 minute mindfulness practice and a snack.

Robert will use the crystal bowls before a session to help clear your child’s auric field, raise their vibration, and release any stagnant energy.

Krista Ruffoni gently holds space for children to experience inner calm and emotional balance. Through intuitive energy healing/channeling, she creates a nurturing environment where children can release stress, feel safe, and reconnect with their natural sense of peace. Children will be guided into gentle breathwork and meditation with healing frequencies during the session. Each session is approximately 60 minutes, and parents are welcome to attend. The goal of these sessions is to release stress and emotional tension, and reconnect with one’s natural sense of peace.

This session includes tailored family therapy strategies to support and enhance your relationship with your child through our Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Tools are provided with an emphasis on dialectical behavior therapy/mindfulness techniques to help learn how to manage your child’s behavior while also helping you understand your triggers. Additional resources provided for further guidance or book additional sessions for in depth, ongoing support.
