At Palm Studio, we are dedicated to nurturing the well-being and growth of young minds and bodies. Our Youth Services offer a comprehensive range of programs designed to support and empower children and teens in developing physical health, emotional well-being, and inner peace.

Free Youth Yoga. We Help EMPOWER OUR YOUTH 

Youth Yoga Ages 4 and up  Saturday from 11:30-12:30 pm. Includes 1/2 hour yoga, breathwork and 1/2 hour of mindful activity. Healthy is snack provided.

 $45 per session

Cursive writing helps the speed of writing and is also shown to improve brain development in our thinking, language, and working memory. Cursive handwriting stimulates brain synapses and synchronicity between the left and right hemispheres, something absent from printing and typing, and improves our fine motor skills.
Each session will include a 15 minute mindfulness practice and a snack.

$20 per session

Robert will use the crystal bowls before a session to help clear your child’s auric field, raise their vibration, and release any stagnant energy. 

$55 per session

Krista Ruffoni gently holds space for children to experience inner calm and emotional balance. Through intuitive energy healing/channeling, she creates a nurturing environment where children can release stress, feel safe, and reconnect with their natural sense of peace.  Children will be guided into gentle breathwork and meditation with healing frequencies during the session.  Each session is approximately 60 minutes, and parents are welcome to attend.  The goal of these sessions is to release stress and emotional tension, and reconnect with one’s natural sense of peace.

Energy healing can be particularly beneficial for young people, some benefits include:

Helping to improve sleep, increase focus and concentration, reduce anxiety and stress, boost the immune system, support emotional healing-aiding in the processing of trauma, promoting overall mental and emotional well-being 

Nervous System Reset Exercises: These exercises can help regulate the autonomic nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance overall relaxation and resilience.

$65.00 per Session

During this 55-minute session, your child will participate in yoga and mindfulness activities and learn about nutritional health, guided by our youth yoga instructor, Grace Perkins. This program is suitable for children of all ages and ability levels, with no prior experience required.

$90.00 per Session

This private youth yoga class is designed for a small group of up to 6 participants. Each class offers guided yoga and mindfulness practices that nurture emotional well-being, along with healthy nutrition that feeds the body inside and out.
