Our specially designed children’s yoga class integrates the best of both floor and aerial yoga. Our registered yoga instructors are specially trained in children’s yoga. Class is open from ages 5 to 13.
Each class is composed of flowing and creative sequences that connect the body, mind, and breath. A moving meditation is created, linking breath with movement to increase strength, flexibility, and awareness. This class will take place in a warm room, heated with an infrared (dry heat) system. The room is heated between 80 & 90 degrees, allowing the body to detoxify and reach new levels of personal flexibility.
Reiki is the gentle, powerful, intuitive energy modality that balances and relaxes the body so it can heal itself. It is recognized as one of the most effective ways to treat anxiety and fear. It helps with pain relief and insomnia, instills peace, and accelerates the healing process. Reiki masters are taught how to sense imbalances in the body and how to focus and move the energies until the person is at optimal health.

BARRE combines attributes of Pilates, Yoga, dance and functional fitness training. Instructors incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that works both upper and lower body. Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang yoga is the more traditional hatha or ashtanga based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility.
