Yoga Etiquette, Class Prices and Packages

Please arrive on time for class. Please remove your shoes and store them in the designated personal cubby. We also ask that you silence your phone before class begins. Please note that 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all group classes and workshops. We are a full-service yoga studio; your mat and all props are included and sanitized after each use.

Any single group class is $25.00 

Pre-registration for classes is suggested to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins welcome for classes with availability 

Youth yoga classes are FREE (for other youth programs, refer to the youth yoga/tutoring tab)

5 class pack: $95.00 (never expires, non-refundable, non-transferable)

10 class pack: $180.00 (never expires, non-refundable, non-transferable)

Packages cannot be shared; each client must have their own account and their own package.

Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with aerial acrobatics using a yoga hammock or “silk” to elevate you off the ground. Aerial Yoga is a fun way to flow into your practice with centering, warmup, posture focus, inversion and ending with savasana. All of Aerial classes are mixed level and appropriate for beginners. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing free from zippers and embellishments. No Jewelry.

Beginners Yoga is the perfect choice for students new to yoga or for those who want a strong foundation for their practice. This class is based on Hatha yoga and focuses on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice. Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Mat and Props will be provided

Infrared Hot Yoga is a powerful, sweat-driven experience held in our 105-degree infrared studio. This practice supports your body on multiple levels—helping to prevent injury, flush toxins, deepen lung capacity, boost circulation, strengthen the immune system, improve flexibility, and support healthy weight management. You’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter, and completely renewed. Our Hot Studio also features a Himalayan salt wall that releases negative ions, enhancing relaxation and overall well-being. At Palm Studio, your mat, towel, and props are always provided and fully sanitized after every class for your comfort and safety. To complete your practice, we offer a refreshing rose-water-infused cold towel during savasana, allowing you to fully unwind and absorb the benefits of your session. Following your practice, treat your body to our rejuvenating electrolyte refreshment—designed to replenish, rehydrate, and leave you feeling fully restored. Available in the Boutique. Minimum age of 16.

Pilates is a mind body method promoting stability, mobility, and flexibility.
Focusing on the “powerhouse”, or core, students learn to move from a place of strength. The Pilates Method adds greater strength and flexibility along with sharper focus, better brain health and more energy to enjoy life.

Our specially designed children’s yoga class incorporates mindfulness and yoga. Teen yoga also includes the use of aerial hammocks. Our registered yoga instructors are specially trained in children’s yoga. Kids class is open from ages 5 to 10. Teens class is 11+. Healthy snacks will be provided.

This class is traditional and based on Hatha yoga focusing on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice. Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Anyone at any level is encouraged to take this.

BARRE combines attributes of Pilates, Yoga, dance and functional fitness training. Instructors incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that works both upper and lower body. Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. All props provided.

A great way to relax your nervous system and be present through breathwork, this class will take you through a sequence of restful postures in which you are supported by props and encouraged to find comfort in your body. Restorative yoga promotes relaxation and deep healing on all levels decompressing the central nervous system (Fight or Flight) . It is an excellent practice for those recovering from illness or injury, or anyone living with chronic pain.

Yin yoga targets the body’s connective tissue. Yin yoga is a slower floor based paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus.

Kundalini is a system of meditation directed toward the release of kundalini energy coiled in the base of the spine. This practice brings a new way to experience the power of breath (Pranyama), movement (Asana and Mudra), sound vibrations (Mantra), and Meditation through a timed and choreographed series called KRIYAS. Join the 90 minute class each week and gain a sense of strength, calm, and well-being.

The Meditation Mindfulness and Energy Healing circle will be a weekly sacred space to share and learn various meditation, mindfulness, and energy healing techniques, each with its spiritual message. This class is for everyone, whether you are new to these practices or have been using them for years.
