Yoga Etiquette, Class Prices and Packages

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early so there is time to settle in and create a calm, grounded beginning for everyone. We invite you to remove your shoes and place them in the designated area, and to silence your phone so you can fully settle into the experience. Please note that a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all group classes and workshops. As a full-service yoga studio, we provide mats and all props, which are carefully cleaned and sanitized after each use to support a safe and welcoming space.

Any single group class is $25.00 

Pre-registration for classes is suggested to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins welcome for classes with availability

Aerial Yoga is a style of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses, stretches, and breathing techniques with the support of a suspended hammock, or “silk,” hanging from the ceiling. The hammock allows you to perform poses in the air, including inversions and stretches, with less strain on your joints and spine. Yoga in a hammock is an invitation to elevate your practice and embrace the joyful art of Aerial Yoga. The fabric provides a supportive yet free-spirited space for exploring new dimensions in yoga. It allows for a wide range of poses, inversions, and stretches, aiding in decompressing the spine, enhancing flexibility, and building core strength. The hammock also promotes a sense of playfulness and adventure, creating an exhilarating practice that nourishes both body and mind. Whether you’re seeking to deepen your yoga practice, unlock new postures, or simply infuse creativity and excitement into your routine, a yoga hammock is a transformative tool that adds a delightful dimension to your yoga journey.

Beginners Yoga is the perfect choice for students new to yoga or for those who want a strong foundation for their practice. This class is based on Hatha yoga and focuses on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice. Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Mat and Props will be provided

Infrared Hot Yoga is a powerful, sweat-driven experience held in our 105-degree infrared studio. This practice supports your body on multiple levels—helping to prevent injury, flush toxins, deepen lung capacity, boost circulation, strengthen the immune system, improve flexibility, and support healthy weight management. You’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter, and completely renewed. Our Hot Studio also features a Himalayan salt wall that releases negative ions, enhancing relaxation and overall well-being. At Palm Studio, your mat, towel, and props are always provided and fully sanitized after every class for your comfort and safety. To complete your practice, we offer a refreshing rose-water-infused cold towel during savasana, allowing you to fully unwind and absorb the benefits of your session. Following your practice, treat your body to our rejuvenating electrolyte refreshment—designed to replenish, rehydrate, and leave you feeling fully restored. Available in the Boutique. Pilates Mat class mind-body exercise system focused on core strength, alignment, and controlled, precise movements to improve flexibility, posture, balance, and overall physical and mental well-being. All props are included. (Gratz magic circle)

This class ages 4-11, to learn and practice yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, allowing them to improve strength, balance, flexibility. A mindful activity and a healthy snack will be provided.

BARRE combines attributes of Pilates, Yoga, dance and functional fitness training. Instructors incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that works both upper and lower body. Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. All props provided.

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga offers a method utilizing props to restore the body’s balance and vitality. In this class, mindful breathing (pranayama) techniques are used effectively, alleviating stress that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a “rest and digest” response. This practice is based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Gentle Therapeutic Yoga offers a kind of conscious rest that allows both the body and the mind to slow down. It’s intentional and it’s powerful. All props and mats are provided and thoroughly sanitized after each session for your safety and comfort.

Yin yoga is a slow, quiet type of yoga where you hold gentle floor poses for several minutes and focus on relaxing instead of stretching hard. The main goal is to calm and reset the nervous system by staying still, breathing slowly, and letting the body feel safe, it helps shift you out of stress mode and into deep rest. Over time, this can reduce anxiety, ease tension, and create a feeling of grounding and calm, both in the body and the mind.

Kundalini is a system of meditation directed toward the release of kundalini energy coiled in the base of the spine. This practice brings a new way to experience the power of breath (Pranyama), movement (Asana and Mudra), sound vibrations (Mantra), and Meditation through a timed and choreographed series called KRIYAS.

The Meditation and Energy Healing circle will be a weekly sacred space to share and learn various meditation, mindfulness, and energy healing techniques, each with its spiritual message. This class is for everyone, whether you are new to these practices or have been using them for years.
