Yoga Etiquette, Class Prices and Packages

Please be punctual for class, take your shoes off and place in our provided personal cubby , and make sure your phone is on silent. 

Any single group class is $20.00 unless otherwise stated 

Pre-Register for classes 2 hours prior or class will be cancelled if there are no registered attendees. No walk-ins during slow (or off) season.

Kids and teen classes are FREE (for other youth programs refer to youth yoga / tutoring tab)

5 class pack: $95.00 (never expire, may share, and non-refundable)

10 class pack: $175.00 (never expire, may share, and non-refundable)

Private Classical Pilates session: $125 (call studio to book)

Private Energy and Sound Healing session: $125.00 for 75 mins. & $75.00 for 45 mins.

Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with aerial acrobatics using a yoga hammock or “silk” to elevate you off the ground. Aerial Yoga is a fun way to flow into your practice with centering, warmup, posture focus, inversion and ending with savasana. All of Aerial classes are mixed level and appropriate for beginners. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing free from zippers and embellishments. No Jewelry.

Beginners Yoga is the perfect choice for students new to yoga or for those who want a strong foundation for their practice. This class is based on Hatha yoga and focuses on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice. Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness.

Palm Studio hot yoga classes are unique and led by one of our specialized instructors who are trained in Alignment Based Vinyasa Flow. Heat is provided by an infrared heater which provides clean detoxifying heat. The room is heated between 92 to 104 degrees.

Pilates is a mind body method promoting stability, mobility, and flexibility.
Focusing on the “powerhouse”, or core, students learn to move from a place of strength. The Pilates Method adds greater strength and flexibility along with sharper focus, better brain health and more energy to enjoy life.

TRX- suspension training that uses your body weight and exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. We combine this with some cardio to get a total body workout for all fitness levels.

Our specially designed children’s yoga class incorporates mindfulness and yoga. Teen yoga also includes the use of aerial hammocks. Our registered yoga instructors are specially trained in children’s yoga. Kids class is open from ages 5 to 11. Teens class is 12-17.

Each class is composed of flowing and creative sequences that connect the body, mind, and breath. A moving meditation is created, linking breath with movement to increase strength, flexibility, and awareness. This class will take place in a warm room, heated with an infrared (dry heat) system. The room is heated between 80 & 90 degrees, allowing the body to detoxify and reach new levels of personal flexibility.

This class is traditional and based on Hatha yoga focusing on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice. Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Anyone at any level is encouraged to take this.

BARRE combines attributes of Pilates, Yoga, dance and functional fitness training. Instructors incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that works both upper and lower body. Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

A great way to relax your nervous system and be present through breathwork, this class will take you through a sequence of restful postures in which you are supported by props and encouraged to find comfort in your body. Restorative yoga promotes relaxation and deep healing on all levels. It is an excellent practice for those recovering from illness or injury, or anyone living with chronic pain.

Yin yoga targets the body’s connective tissue. Yin yoga is a slower floor based paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus.

Kundalini is a system of meditation directed toward the release of kundalini energy coiled in the base of the spine. This practice brings a new way to experience the power of breath (Pranyama), movement (Asana and Mudra), sound vibrations (Mantra), and Meditation through a timed and choreographed series called KRIYAS. Join the 90 minute class each week and gain a sense of strength, calm, and well-being.

This class will give you a total body workout. It is moderate to high intensity class for all fitness levels. Cardio Fusion will incorporate cardio kickboxing and/or TABATA moves and end with weights. This class will keep you coming back for more. Get ready to sweat.
