When starting a yoga class at Palm Studio and Boutique please be punctual for class, take your shoes off, and make sure your phone is on silent. 

Any single group class is $15.00 unless otherwise stated

Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with aerial acrobatics using a yoga hammock or “silk” to elevate you off the ground. Aerial Yoga is a fun way to flow into your practice with centering, warmup, posture focus, inversion and ending with savasana. All of Aerial classes are mixed level and appropriate for beginners. Please be sure to wear smooth form fitting athletic wear, free from zippers and embellishments. Jewelry is not allowed for the protection of you and our hammocks, this includes earrings, rings, watches, bracelets and necklaces. Bring your sense of adventure and be prepared to have fun!

Beginners Hatha Yoga class is the perfect choice for students new to yoga or for those who want a strong foundation for their practice. This class is based on Hatha yoga and focuses on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice. Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness, learn proper alignment, and are taught the use of props.

Palm Studio hot yoga classes will be unique and led by one of our specialized instructors who are trained in Alignment-Based Vinyasa Flow. Class will include sun salutations, standing & seated postures, as well as deep relaxation savasana. Modifications will be offered throughout the class and tailored to participants’ needs. Heat is provided by an infrared heater which provides clean detoxifying heat. The room is heated between 92 to 105 degrees.

Pilates is a mind body method promoting stability, mobility, and flexibility.
Focusing on the “powerhouse”, or core, students learn to move from a place of strength. 
The pilates method may be done by any “body.” This work can improve posture and relieve aches and pains.

TRX- suspension training that uses your body weight and exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. We combine this with some cardio to get a total body workout for all fitness levels.

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and you meditate through guided verbal instructions. Thirty minutes of yoga nidra is said to be equivalent to 2 – 4 hours of deep sleep. This class takes the practice in the air, using Aerial hammocks.

Our Kids class is a great class for the modern day child. Our specially designed children’s yoga class integrates the best of both floor and aerial yoga. Your child will love learning about yoga in class because the poses are so captivating and FUN! Our registered yoga instructors are specially trained in both aerial yoga and children’s yoga through Kidding Around Yoga. Class is open from ages 8 to 13. Reserve your little ones spot as SPACE IS LIMITED! 

This is a dynamic class with an emphasis on alignment. Each class is composed of flowing and creative sequences that connect the body, mind, and breath. A moving meditation is created, linking breath with movement to increase strength, flexibility, and awareness. Modifications are offered throughout the class and are tailored to individual needs. This class will take place in a warm room, heated with an infrared (dry heat) system. The room is heated between 80 & 90 degrees, allowing the body to build its own heat and reach new levels of personal flexibility.

All levels yoga is the perfect choice for students new or timid to practice yoga. This class is based on Hatha yoga and focuses on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice. Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness, learn proper alignment.

BARRE combines attributes of Pilates, Yoga, dance and functional fitness training. Instructors incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that works both upper and lower body. Props used in this class are light weights, mini stability balls and resistance bands. Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or aging men and women who find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

LifeStretch is a unique program designed to relieve tension, tightness and discomfort in the body using a gentle approach to stretching the fascia (connective tissue) within the body. This is a functional mobility and stretch technique which progresses through entire chains or neuro-myo-fascia rather than targeting isolated muscles.

A great antidote to the stresses of a busy life and a wonderful balance for more active practices, this class will take you through a sequence of restful postures, in which you are supported by props and and encouraged to find comfort and ease in your body. These restorative poses, accompanied by simple breathing techniques and gentle stretches, serve to soothe the nervous system and promote relaxation and deep healing on all levels. Restorative Yoga is accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or level of fitness. It is an excellent practice for those recovering from illness or injury, or anyone living with chronic pain. Be still, relax, and find the healing you need.

Yin yoga targets the body’s connective tissue. Yin yoga is a slower paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus.

Slow Flow is a calming and soothing Yoga class that stretches the body, mind and spirit while toning the muscles and increasing range of motion. Linking breath and movement with intension, Slow Flow includes standing and seated postures, Sun Salutations and ends with a deep relaxing savasana.

FST is a neuro-myofascial manual therapy that focuses on the connective tissue system. It progresses through all layers of fascia, resulting in the release of tension & restriction that lies within the central and/or peripheral nervous systems.

This highly specialized, semi-private class offers authentic Pilates work on a “tower”. It utilizes raised mats and strength resistance from springs for a total body workout that focuses on core strength. *Please note there is a three person maximum for this class, hence pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
