While suspended in an Aerial Hammock, you will restore the harmony between the physical and spiritual planes within the body. At the same time, Crystal and Tibetan bowls sing, clearing and aligning the body. During this, Jo Ann acts as a channel. Light Language is a universal language of love and is a form of vibrational communication that bypasses the left brain; the logical-thinking mind, and speaks directly to the soul. Crystal Bowl healing energy combined with Light Language balances the chakras and re-energizes the aura field while bringing healing on a deep cellular level; aiding in releasing patterns that no longer serve, releasing trauma, and healing disease in the mind and body. These powerful vibrations combined with Lightworker, Jo Ann Cooke, help penetrate the body and give a sense of well-being. Restorative Yoga with Crystal Bowls

Restorative yoga offers a profound sense of relaxation by allowing you to hold poses for extended periods, fully supported by props. These slow-paced classes are designed to ease tension and promote deep calm. Using props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps, you are gently supported in each pose, ensuring maximum comfort. During the session, Robert will play the Crystal Bowls, filling the space with healing vibrations that penetrate deeply, fostering healing on a cellular level.

The Language of Touch: A Thai Massage Workshop

This 2 hour transmorative workshop, using hands on healing, will open you to the full world of Traditional Thai medicine with Marisa Incelli. We are composed of five elements : earth, water, fire, wind and ether. Earth is our experience of solidity, water our experience of fluidity, fire our experience of transformation and heat, wind our experience of movement, and ether our experience of non resistance or spaciousness, unobstructedness.
It is the balance of these elements which enables us to have a sense of physical and emotional wellbeing and it is the imbalance of one or more of them that creates discomfort, disease and emotional instability.
In this workshop your senses, your curiosity and beginner’s mind are all you need to bring as we interactively explore the qualities of each of the five elements both individually and paired off. You will learn your elemental constitution and your individual elemental imbalances through each activity and movement you experience in the class. We will look holistically at how to balance each element when out of balance with physical touch, nutrition, asana and breath practices.

Robert Austin has been a Sound Healer for 23 years. In his 75 minute session, Robert will be using Tibetan Bowls, Hand-Held Crystal Bowl, Gong, and Tuning Fork with Crystal to heal under the Copper Pyramid. When he plays the Tibetan and Crystal Bowl, the harmonic tone moves through the bowls and transfers the energy, balancing the organs. Stress creates blockages in the body resulting in disharmony. Sound Healing realigns the chakras and serves as an internal massage that cleanses your auric field. Robert is also a Reiki master of 23 years and other modalities of healing as well.

Private Somatic Release Session

Healing modalities of diversified breathwork, sound and somatic release therapies heal the body in different ways then physical applications. Tools such as sound baths, drumming, mantra, nadi shodhana and Holotropic, (circular) breathing as well as TRE (trauma release exercises ) or shaking can be used to assist in settling the mind, settling or grounding the body and the releasing of stored physical and emotional trauma.
Each session is intuitive and could draw from one of more of these above therapies culminating in a deep guided meditation.
